If your Build Your Own Bundle widget is not appearing on your online store, this is typically due to theme compatibility issues or missing widget embed on your page. Some themes, especially unique themes created by third-party developers (Not Shopify), may not automatically render the Build Your Own Bundle widget. This guide will walk you through the steps to resolve this issue. ▶ Video walkthrough How to fix the Build Your Own Bundle widget to display on the online store Step 1: Verify your bundle is activated First, ensure you have an activated Build Your Own Bundle in your app dashboard. You should be able to see your bundle with products configured. Step 2: Navigate to your theme customizer - Go to Online Store in your Shopify admin - Click Customize next to your current theme - Navigate to Home page - Click on Pages - Select Default page Step 3: Check if the bundle page was created automatically When you create a Build Your Own Bundle, a page called "build a bundle" should be automatically created. You can verify this by: Looking for the page in your pages list: - Clicking Change to see available pages - The bundle page should appear in the list Step 4: Adding the app block to the theme - Navigate to the bundle page as described above - Click Add section - Go to Apps - Select Build Your Own Bundle - Click Save The widget should now appear on your bundle page. Important requirements for the widget to work Page name consistency Critical Requirement: The bundle page name must exactly match the name configured in your bundle settings. Third-party themes Third-party and custom themes may require manual widget addition as described in the troubleshooting steps above.
