Click on enable the app link in the notice banner.

In your theme App Embeds section, make sure the app is enabled. Then save (!)
Step 3
Head back to the app admin panel.Add your WhatsApp phone number and save your changes.
Step 4
If needed, set your availability and save your changes.
Step 5
Adjust the app design to match your brand. You can control placement and further adjustments inside the Theme App embeds section.
